Imagine if you could style your life and redesigned it with the basics of fast weight loss tips. Sounds easy huh?

I am one of the living example of those people that fail to put into their lives the practice of weight loss. For all we know weight lose is an easy task once we get started and get used to it.

Lifestyle is how we decide to live each day and become a part of us,draw our life history. I chose to be straightforward and honest,you can see it all in my actions. When I chose to embrace continuous learning, you could see how I tried a lot of stuff and stop things that didn't work for me. I chose to try scrap booking, hence its one of my favorite hobbies. I quit smoking a year ago,thus no more puff forever. Those are my course of action over the years which play a major role in my daily life today. How about you? What is your lifestyle?

Of course I forgot to mention the sort of behaviour I have when it comes to weigh lose. I have been saying that fast and free weight lose is not impossible. Yes! Because I experienced it trough out my life. But lifestyle is also a question of consistency and persistence. For instance,lately I am not sleeping properly. We all know how lack of sleep destroys weight lose.

Are we persistent on having the healthy and slim body? My answer, NO. My lifestyle changed for the past two years. Some of these habits affected my weight. Lets discuss them as I found it helpful for some that aspire for fast weigh lose.

Remember: Changing your lifestyle is free. Worth working out,right?

1. Food choices
I discuss under eating habit hoe your food choices will make you fat. Eat according to your goals. Grab enough food that will provide the food nutrition you want for your ideal weight.

2. Bad habits
These habits are the hardest part to eliminate in our system. Its easy to learn and master the tricks of bad habits though. Try quitting and you will spend five times the effort you used acquiring them. I, for one, is guilty of bad sleeping and eating habits.

3. Peer and family relationship
Dont ever depend your decision to your friends and family. Do you belong to a group where fatness and obesity is the normal trend? If so, try to observe their habits affecting weigh lose. Never ever think that these are normal behavior. Change your way if you really want to lose those fats.

Do you have friends who always love to eat outside? Try to figure out ways how you can avoid gaining the extra calories. Decide base on your weight goals,not because of your social attachment with them. I'm not telling you not to go out with friends. Its never wrong to eat outside as long as you know your limitations.

4. Vices
Smoking, gambling and drinking are some vices that will destroy your body overtime. Its not directly related to weight lose but its directly destroying your personality. Remember how stress affects our body. Quit these vices now to attain the healthy lifestyle you are dreaming of.

Exercise is Your Free Way To Weight Loss

The main question is our motivation to start our daily exercise. Experts say that 30 minute exercise a day is a very effective and fast way to lose those fats. Nevertheless, it does not mean that you cant exercise if you couldn't do the 30 minute requirement. Exercising in 10 to 15 minutes a day will also make a development in your physique.
Simple tasks like household chores is considered exercising. Walking is a good option for you. You can use treadmill machine, do dancing, biking and swimming too. If people love these hobbies,chances are exercising will be easy as they are doing what they love. And since you love what you are doing, you are not force to do it in a daily or regular basis. You can easily form good exercise habit within yourself.

Beginners are often confuse on what set of exercise to try. In this article I will try to discuss some basic steps and facts that a beginners should learn.

Ensuring your Healthy Enough to Exercise
To prepare yourself, know your body limitations and your physical condition. Better to ask your doctor and ask any health risks that you might have. You dont want to exercise without knowing that you have an injury on the part you are working on. Dont risk your health by making personal guesses. Always consult your doctor and get a medical clearance.

Basic Things You Have to Know

1. Know your Personal and Basic Goals
Are you exercising because you want to join a marathon? Then level of exercise should be set according to your goal.In this case, you have to exercise daily or take a walk in regular basis.
Do you want to lose weight in a certain period? Are you aiming to lose a certain level of weight? These are some questions you want to clear up in order to set your goal.

2.Avoid Setting Idiot Goals
This means that your goals should be reasonable and realistic. Dont aim to lose weight in two days of exercising. This kind of thinking put your inner self to a lot of pressure and stress. Stress is not good for free and fast weight lose.

3.Take Baby Step
Dont push your body too much by exercising strenuously. You will find yourself so tired halfway and lose the enough energy and drive you need. Take little step one at a time. Let you body get used to the flow and move in a slow but steady pace.

4.Be careful
Think about your body. You are not exercising to destroy it. Know when you have to rest and stop. Listen on what your body tells you.

For the past posts I have been discussing about the fast ways to weight loss. Eating habit is one of the cheapest and fastest way to lose weight. On the contrary bad eating habit can destroy our dream of having the healthy and well toned body. It is important to open our eyes on these things.
What is bad eating habit? A habit is defined as a manner or practice that we do in regular conditions. Updating your blogs, reading news,
snoring and burping are one of a person's habit.

So anything under unpleasant category is considered bad habit. Alas, we created the bad eating habit within ourselves. Subconsciously, we are practicing bad eating habit.

It may be the good eating habit for a lot of people suffering from obesity.

It is important to be aware of these habit as it will hinder any weight lose program we do. No matter how many fast and free weight lose tips you read but continue to practice the forbidden eating habits,weight lose will always be a dream.

1. Overeating
The most popular and the worst eating habits of all is overeating. Overeating is simply a situation where you eat a lot of food that is beyond the normal food intake level of your age. Could you resist not to eat your favorite food even if you just had your breakfast? Or can you tell to yourself to stop the moment you reach your finish line. And are you like me, who never stop filling my plate with extra rice till I cant breathe because my stomach is too full? Yes, these are all overeating.

2. Indulging yourself to fast food,aka junk food
Do you love chips, fries, hamburgers and the like? You cant watch a movie in your house without consuming 5 bags of potato chips and popcorn. You prefer cola over water. You choose fries and hamburger versus salad sandwich and apple. Then,congratulations! You are the biggest fan of these junk food companies!

3. Hunger Strike
You never eat until you get what you want. Insanity! You think not eating and ignoring your hunger will make you lose weight. This is not the fast weight lose we are talking. This is killing yourself.

4. Poor mentality
You never analyze what is the root of the problem. You dont acknowledge that the free fast weigh lose is achievable only when you change your bad eating habits. You are the boss and you do what you think is right. Yay!

5. "Give me a break!" attitude
Have you ever told this yourself? Yes, you are one of the many over weight people who pressure their selves and do the wrong ways of weight lose. In the end, you keep on pushing yourself and ignoring your personal need. Give yourself a break!

Weight Loss While You Sleep

Do you know that in order to attain free fast weight loss, you have to sleep? Free weight lose will not be fast if you would not sleep properly. Why?

1. Lack of sleep and food intake
When you are not sleeping properly,
your body tend to feel tired hence feel wrong signal of hunger. Most of the people tend to eat more when they feel weakness from lack of sleep. Funny how you can think that lack of sleep is the fastest and free way to increase weight!

2. Stress
You feel drained and exhausted when you don't sleep. Eventually this will cause you more stress.
Are you familiar with people who eat a lot when they are under stress? There is a scientific explanation for this and I hope your nose wont bleed hearing this.lol!

Our body once under stress produce a fighting system to protect us. Cortisol is part of this fighting system. It is a hormone created by our adrenal cortex located in adrenal gland.

What does cortisol do that make this fast free weight lose impossible?
Don't get me wrong by thinking that cortisol is not good for us. There are two sides of the story. First, is the fighting action that cortisol do to help our body survive stress. Second is, what happened to these fighting actions after stress is over, this is where free weight lose is at stake.

Lets brand these two sides as the Pros and Cons of Cortisol. First it may be helpful to draw a simple flow for all of you;

Lack of Sleep>Stress>body produces Cortisol to fight stress>Cortisol Pros and Cons

Pros
1. Increase your alertness and energy level
-no wonder we feel hyper active sometimes when we lack of sleep
2. Glucose production increases to help the body produce more energy
3. Body dsnt feel hunger
-if you feel this a good point, i will explain later how this tend to ruin fast free weight lose
4.Cortisol activates carbohydrates and fat to produce more energy

The above good points are what cortisol can make during stress attempts to enter our system or the moment our brain sensed any stress coming our way.

After stress is over, here are the thing Cortisol do and classified as Cons as its end results affect your weight.

1. After stress, cortisol increase our level of appetite as it understands that it has to replace the carbohydrates and fat it released. This is where the problem arises.
How many times you feel under a great stress while silently sitting in your office? How many times you feel stress by just thinking your credit card bills? During this time you arent doing anything that didnt involve physical strenght but because of the stress it creates your boday was exhausted. Thus, cortisol produce carbohydrates and energy for nothing since you never actually needed and used it. But after the stress period,let say you stop thinking about your cards and do something stress free, Cortisol increases your appetite to replace the carbohydrates and fat you should have used under stress period. Go figure on how you will eat trying to fulfill this "fake" need.

2. Maintained stress means continous effect from no. 1
Your body now has continous increase in appetite to fulfill the "fake" need triggered by stressful situations.

Note: Continuous lack of sleep means continuous stress

3. This excessive food intake will eventually lead to weight gain and formation of excess fats in your body. Hence, free fast weight lose is nowhere to be seen.

In most cases you will observe this weight gain by the formation of fat layers along your waist line. This is because the fat cells in that area is more susceptible in Cortisol.

Reading this will help you realize how harmful effects are cause by stress. If this is still not enough reasons for you to practice good sleeping habits, I guess your weight should be your next consolation.

Today I will discuss the fastest ways to weight loss. They are not new to all of you but many of us ignore the basic ways as the weight loss topic are dominated by diet pills and different programs.
Here are they;
1. Well Balanced Diet - this is the cheapest in fact one of the FREE ways to weight lose.
You have to make sure that you are getting the right amount of food from the main food groups . Please bear in mind that well balanced diet is the key.

2. Eating Habits- though the most important aspect of our eating habits question the food that we are eating and hence refer to the main food groups, it is vital to address the question, How do we eat? Are you one of those who have bad eating habits. Over eating is under bad eating habits too. I can write a whole article about this so I decided to discuss it on a separate post.

3. Sleeping Habits- yes your body needs enough rest as much as it needs food to survive. Without enough rest, how will you expect our digestive system to work on its full potential. Again, setting quality time and enough time to sleep is valuable.

4. Lifestyle - transforming your lifestyle is sometimes the real reason why most people dont lose weight. People can change their attitude and values in life. They keep on thinking that they want to lose weight yet cant put their feet on the extra walk or they cant get their hands off those junk food.

5. Exercise- this factor is very self explanatory. I believe you all know that exercise burn the calories we eat and empower our body system. I know that you are also aware of the easy and effective ways of exercises available in the internet. Try one of them but make sure that you are not missing the beginners exercise section. Today I will focus on eating habit rules as I believe that this is the fastest way to lose weight. I have to warned you that I am speaking base on my experience and general observation. If you want to share your knowledge regarding the fastest way to shed those fats, I couldnt be happier if you could leave me your comments. I am sure a lot of the readers out there would love to hear your weight loss ideas.

Eating Habit Rules/ Diet Rules
Diet is defined as the established or regular sustenance that our body needs.
It is basically the proper amount of food and drink we need to maintain a healthy body. Subconsciously, we are deviating our eating habit to what is normally set. I will not further discuss more about the proper nutritional level you are supposed to get. Nevertheless, you should be aware of food nutrition. I would leave that to you as your assignment.

Eat the right food at the right amount. It is reasonable to say that our daily diet should include lots of fruits and vegetables. Some people are sustaining their daily diet by eating a lof of fruits. I tried this before and it really work and indeed one of the free and fast ways to lose weight. However, you should remember not to push your body to the limit of the hunger line. It has been studied that not eating and starving yourself will cause you a lot of weight problems. Eat three times a day. Try to balance each meals with proper food component.

A lot of resources are available in the internet regarding food nutrition content and calorie consideration. I am saying that diet rules are one of the free and fastest way to lose weight. If you remember, I emphasized that you have to plan your meals ahead so you don't end up eating junk food when you are caught unprepared.

Go ahead and check the internet to plan your meals ahead. I will share you my typical meal plan

Breakfast; 1 cup of rice, veggies, fish
Lunch; apple/lots of fresh juice
Dinner; Lettuce salad,fish

This is my basic meal plan. I usually play with the components and substitute meat for fish or oranges and other fruits for apple. Most of the times, I eat rice in breakfast and don't get hungry during lunch time so I eat fresh fruits only. Around 3 pm, I love to grab some watery fruits again to eat.

Tip: Don't wait for yourself to get hungry before deciding to eat. Starving yourself, gives you urges to eat more. This where comes the extra weight!

Again, the above meal plan works for me. You decide on your own base on your preference and goals.

If you think you are fat and need easy fast weight loss, you should read the following rules.
Who need fast weight loss? Of course you will tell me that over weight people need this.
Weight Loss is defined as a decline in the weight of the body emanating from various reason such as strict diet and diseases.


Many people dream of having the perfect body shape others have. Some resort to liposculpture to get rid of excess fat. Its a common knowledge that weight loss is not that easy to achieve. You need enough of everything to do this. And what are the basic and easy fast weight lose?

1. Self check - Am I over weight?
Its important that you ask this big question to yourself before you start thinking of getting rid of those fat or extra weight. Why? Self actualization is the key in everything you want to pursue. If you accept the fact that you are fat and over weight, dont be idiot and let yourself realize your fatness/obesity state.

2. Weight loss is not a magic Weight loss may be achieved once strict and proper diet is apply. Strict doesn't mean impossible things to the point that you let your body experience hunger. Strict means having rules. So an effective way to lose those extra fats is to follow a certain rules of diet. (I will go broader on this topic later)



3. Set your ideal weight goal.
How many extra weight you are planning to remove? Whats your time frame to your weight loss diet?

4. Plan proper and well balanced meals ahead.
Planning your food intake will let you control improper intake of calories and avoid pushing yourself on the hunger stage. Fast weigh loss is impossible if you dont watch what you eat.
Dont over act on this part.

5. Track your improvements and make a Weight Loss Improvement record book.
Little improvements on your weight and waist line is a great achievement. Record it to further motivate yourself and see how your body respond to your diet.

6. Be patient and reasonable.
When I say Fast Weight Lose, I didnt mean overnight weight lose. This simple means that you can achieve a slimmer figure in faster ways provided you follow the above weight lose tips.
