Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen cut green beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15 oz.) can cut wax beans, rinsed and drained
- Half a (15 oz.) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- ½ cup red bell pepper, chopped
- ½ cup red onion, chopped
- ¼ cup distilled white vinegar
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- ½ tsp dry mustard
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation:
- In a large bowl, Mix together green beans, wax beans, kidney beans, red bell pepper, red onion, vinegar, sugar, vegetable oil, mustard, black pepper and garlic, then cover and refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours before serving.
