Ingredients:
- ½ cup red cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1½ cups green cabbage, thinly sliced
- 2 cups Napa cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp orange marmalade
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger root
Preparation:
- Mix cabbage with chives in a large-sized bowl.
- Combine vinegar, marmalade and ginger in a small bowl then pour over cabbage.
- Toss and serve.
