Raspberry Yogurt Parfait
(makes 1 servings)
Ingredients:
½ cup raspberries
1 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
Preparation:
Toss raspberries and lemon juice in bowl. Alternate layers of yogurt and raspberries in parfait dish.
