Cinnamon Meringues

Weight Loss Recipes : Cinnamon MeringuesIngredients:

  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp cream of tartar

  • 2 egg whites

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ tsp almond extract

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ packet Splenda

  • ½ tsp salt

Preparation:

  • Mix egg whites with cream of tartar and salt in a bowl, beat until soft peaks form.

  • Fold in cinnamon, vanilla and almond extracts, place by tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.

  • Bake at 300 F for 30 minutes.

  • Yummy!!
