Muffin

Weight Loss Recipes : MuffinIngredients:

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/4 cup flax meal

  • 1 large egg white

  • 1 packet splenda

  • 1 teaspoon butter

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation:

  • Place the baking powder, flax meal, cinnamon and splenda in a coffee cup.

  • Stir.

  • Add the butter, the egg white and Mix.

  • Preheat oven about 1 minute (or more).

  • Top with butter slice. Serve immediately.
