Creamy Vinaigrette

(makes 1-¼ cups)

Weight Loss Recipes : Creamy VinaigretteIngredients:

  • ⅔ cup plain low-fat yogurt


  • ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar


  • 2 tbsp olive oil


  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (or mayonnaise)


  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


  • 1 large cloves garlic, minced


  • 1 tbsp soy sauce


  • ¼ tsp dried dill weed


Preparation:

  • Combine all ingredients into a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake well before using. Store in the refrigerator between uses.
