Waldorf Salad

(makes 4 servings)

Weight Loss Recipes : Waldorf SaladIngredients:

  • 4 medium apples, cubed


  • 3 stalks of celery, thinly sliced


  • ½ cup plain low-fat yogurt (or vanilla)


  • ⅓ cup raisins


  • ⅓ cup walnuts, chopped


Preparation:

  • In a medium bowl, combine apples, celery, raisins, and walnuts. Stir.


  • Add yogurt and stir together with all ingredients.


  • Chill to blend flavors or enjoy right away.
