French Dressing

(makes about 1 cup)

Weight Loss Recipes : French DressingIngredients:

  • ½ cup plain, low fat yogurt


  • 2½ tbsp ketchup


  • 2 tbsp water


  • 1½ tbsp cider vinegar


  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise


  • 1 clove garlic, crushed


  • ½ tsp sugar


  • Black pepper to taste


Preparation:

  • In a small-size bowl, mix all ingredients together with a spoon or fork until well. Season with pepper.


  • Store in the refrigerator in a covered container until ready to use.
